PAYMENT ERRORS

We have obtained a secured Payment Gateway from BillDesk. Also the Net Banking transactions are well protected by the respective Banks. Once you get the “Payment Success” Message, your money is well protected. However, in rare cases, due to any technical fault or Net connectivity, if you experience any transaction error or you did not get a message of “Payment Success” even after the money is deducted or paid either through Payment Gateway or Net Banking, please do not panic. The money deducted or paid will always be parked with the Nodal Bank of Payment Gateway service provider or in cases of Net Banking, in our designated Bank. The Payment Gateway service provider gets regular information about every “Payment Success” or otherwise. In cases of Net Banking, we will also get regular alerts from our Banks. We would also advice you to check with your Bank and get factual information about the transaction.

We will check with the Nodal Bank and or Payment Gateway service provider and get back to you. If the money has been transferred, we will inform you accordingly and also ensure that your Gemstone is selected and reached to you.
